Grain growers are starting effective protests across Bulgaria on Monday, November 28, 2011. They will be protesting against the incumbents' failure to revise the 2012 National Budget Bill within the agreed time frame. The bill proposes 230 million leva less than the 570 million leva financial framework agreed for agriculture a month before the October 23, 2011 presidential and local elections. 28.11.2011
